1. Stand straight with your legs apart.
2. Bend down on your knees.
3. Put your left hand out.
4. Put your head on the ground.
5. Carry your left leg up and put it on your right
6. So all you dancers out there, just put on your dancing shoes, choose the music and just dance, because after all, in saiful own words, "Dance is a cheap pastime"
